i was told to call back for my test results which is exactly what i did and when i attempted to book an appointment for my results the receptionist was yelling at me and giving me nothing but attitude. The receptionist went on to hang up on me MULTIPLE times to which i had to keep calling back to gain further information. Not only did this receptionist give me nothing but attitude and keep hanging up on me, but he refused to answer any of my general concerning questions or even tell me his name. The doctors themselves are fine and helpful enough however the receptionist need to change. this is absolutely appalling and honestly shocking for menai. I wish i could take this further and complain to someone higher but i don’t know who to contact. This is genuinely upsetting.

Most useless doctor to ever be whenever signed him off as a doctor should be ashamed in themselves I went in there to get paper work signed for work because I have broken my back and he wouldn’t sign it because he didn’t know what vertebrae I broke and it clearly stated it on the computer which ones I broke but he couldn’t see it even though I had scars there to prove. DO NOT GO THERE

absolutely useless a disgrace to the doctors profession Yesterday my wife had an xray and a swab test. The xray was sent to them at 1pm yesterday yet they say they haven't got it. I mentioned that they may have a system problem but they refuse to ring Imed ! BTW i got the xrays myself and took them to another doctor! I still unable to find out about swab!!!! DONT GO to this surgery

Please don't wasting time there. Come there with no one is waiting, Reception lady said I will be next, but that' not true, and wait an hour, all the people come later than me ( 7or 8 people) are been called. Then I ask how long will be wait for, the Reception lady said a doctor name and I will be next patient of her, but the doctor come out after 3 mins, and call a patient who don't have any appointment and just come in about 10 mins. This is not OK for anyone.

The receptionist (male) was completely useless & rude. They are always running late. -the dr’s are lazy I wouldn’t waste your time if your actually sick or concerned about something!

Never had a issue. The Dr I see listens to what i had to say. Some times i had to wait to be seen, but only if is a walk in. When i make appointments there is usually not much waiting.

The centre is small and most of the time there are only 1 or 2 doctors available. The doctors are nice but the waiting time is too long.

One doctor in a whole medical Centre with two receptionists on 11.30am on a Friday. I'm here by myself and it's been 40 minutes and still waiting
