Seriously the best doctor and receptionist you will find!!! Don't complain if you have to wait!! It's quite obvious that you are waiting for a quality Doctor!! The receptionist is doing her best to accomodate all patients, if there is an emergency that patient/patients will be seen first, as you would expect the same. This medical practice is in high demand as the level of service and commitment to patients is of the highest quality. Perhaps a quick phone call prior to your scheduled appointment may help if the doctor is held up for some reason.

Best doctors i have ever been to.... Ive never settled before on on place or doctor but ive been a regular Patient now for 6 years. Sonja the receptionist is lovely and could remember my name and my kids even after a few visits it really stood out to me that she remembered. I never deel like its rushed when im with the doctor. His very friendly and professional and so of his wife.

Rang at 10.30 got told to come in at 11.15. Waited 2 hours. When I finally see the doc, I tell him I have been having sciatic nerve pain for the last 2-3 weeks and need pain relief. He says ‘I’ve never seen you before. How do I know your not an addict and what your telling me is true.”

I called them two years ago, got told they weren't taking on new patients, I called them again right now, they said they are still not taking on new patients, this is beyond ridiculous! This is my closest doctor as I don't have any transport! Will never call them again!

Im so upset and disgusted
I called as we have moved houses and its close to home
To call them for my partner
The receptionist was utterly rude and all she asked was if I’d been there before I said no, just moved to St clair and then she cut me off and said we are not taking new patients
What is the point of being open and being a doctor service if you’re not gonna provide for your community/ help
They should not be doctors, and they should not have a doctor surgery operating
This was rude disgusting and I wish no one goes here for them to be shut down

Very disappointed with the reception service here. We made an appointment a week prior and had to wait an hour past our appointment to be seen. This is not fair because it defeats the purpose of booking an appointment as people have other commitments. Dr. Shinwari is a very good that’s the only reason we keep coming back.

Disgusting. You could be slowly having a heart attack unknowingly. But hey if your not vaccinated sorry but they won't see u, because not being vaccinated is more important than a heart attack or stroke. So please don't ring their bell, please die slowly on the side of the road for the health and safety of the vaccinated
