Mum absolutely loves and looks forward to her massages. She mostly has visits from Carol and they have developed a lovely rapport. Carol is very flexible and responsive to mums' needs and is always both professional and warm. She is also highly effective in providing both therapeutic and relaxing services to mum.
Communication is exceptional, always timely and effective. When changes need to be made they are communicated quickly and we have never had any issues with appointments or adjustments.

Mels Massage is superb! I was tentative following an injury, but felt so good, mentally & physically, after just one session - and each time since has been just as good! Mel & her therapists are professional, they listen really well and are responsive so you get exactly what you need.
The clinic is clean, booking simple, staff are friendly, it’s easy to access, parking free, etc.
If you’re looking for expert remedial therapy for injuries, surgery issues, general aches and pains, or just a relaxing de-stress, I highly recommend Mels Massage!

I was very fortunate. A good friend booked a massage with Mel on my behalf after I experienced debilitating pain in my leg, A combination of a long flight, along with unsuitable footwear meant I was unable to walk without a painful limp. Mel was very professional, she listened to me, explained how she would deliver my treatment, which was exactly what was needed. I can honestly say my leg fells brand new.

I saw Dannika for a pregnancy massage and it was incredible. She was very knowledgeable and took time to make sure I was comfortable. Was the perfect mix of relaxing and therapeutic. I cannot wait for my next massage in a months time !

My husband has had two massages here and really enjoyed them. Can’t fault the masseurs! Unfortunately I am quite unhappy with the customer service we received recently. I called to book a ‘surprise massage’ for my husband’s birthday and told the receptionist that I needed to call and not book online as I didn’t want him to see the charge on our bank statement and therefore ruin the surprise. I was able to book over the phone and told that I could pay on the day. That night my husband received a text message confirming his massage, therefore ruining the surprise. When he mentioned it to the receptionist at his appointment he was told that ‘the system sends the messages automatically so they can’t do anything about it’ with no apology or anything. I found that to be a ridiculous response as if I had known a confirmation text message would be sent then I would have asked to book it under my name or my number instead. Perhaps Mels Massage could consider changing their practices around this in future. Thanks

Unfortunately this was the worst massage I've ever had. I received a gift voucher for an hour full body relaxation massage & despite filling out the form stating my expectations were to relax, it wasn't at all relaxing. The lights were on the whole time along with lyrical 2000's music. The massage therapist, engaged in conversation with me the whole time. She used a balm instead of oil (which was fine) however, I found there wasn't enough used as it pulled on my skin. After telling the massage therapist my back was in the initial consult I sound she did barely touched my lower back except for the application of the balm. My arms were left of out of the massage all together, & the total massage would've been 45 minutes - 50 minutes max.

Really disappointed. The staff were all lovely which is the only reason even get a star, but I would definitely not recommend.
