They say that a fish smells from the head down. Well this company is rotten from head to tail. If i could give zero stars i would. Multiple cancellations of appointments. Promised phone calls never returned. Apathetic receptionists. The owner is rude blames his own customers. Never provided any service and took $400 from me. I felt very ripped off and heaps of time wasted. I would avoid at all cost.

If you are looking for hormone treatment this is not the type of clinic you should visit. Everything is clandestine and the customer service is disgraceful.

Right from the start it did not feel right.

I would not ever recommend this business to anyone. I am certain that the HGH that I was given in a 3ml vial was likely to be a peptide at best and most probably saline solution and not legitimate HGH. I mean a compounding pharmacy supposedly manufacturing HGH, highly unlikely.

I never met a Dr. nor did I speak to one and the prices are outrageous in comparison to other TRT services I have since found out. Shop around - Do not waste your money with them as I did.

I have been dealing with many centers, but i had the worst unprofessional and dodgie experience with this centre. Very rude to the clients, they dont bother to follow up and call you to complete the procedures to complete your tests and expect you to keep calling their office and reminding them to call you and take payments. Thier email replies are very rude and unprofessional, no matter what mistake they made they throw it back at you as being in fault. Worst ever cutemor service. Please take my advise and dont contact this centre and waste your money.

Poorly trained staff. I was asking about work cover patients and how I could proceed. Was told one thing then another. Had the manager call me back and she was very stubborn and rude. She acknowledged that the staff were giving me incorrect information, then when I told her you should probably retrain your staff I was told that she would do whatever she wanted. Was considering using their services, not anymore. Rude, arrogant and no respect for potential clients.

Changed my life. I met Rob almost 10 years ago and in that time he has assisted me with a variety of things far to long to mention. One most importantly was pain management. Rob has given me my life back both in strength, movement and assisted me with alternative treatments to pain killers that I took for chronic back pain from an irreversible injury. I was able to have two children during these almost 10 years and the treatment has had absolutely no negative side effects as Rob, his team and I are in frequent contact. Both Claire, Terri and most importantly Vanessa have also played a great role in this as well. I have told everyone about my story and referred many people along the way. My experience is over a very long period and the other reviews sounded like they were hoping for change over night. Before I met Rob I was 70kgs and had limited movement and unbearable pain. I am now 110kgs frequently exercise, have manageable pain and good health confirmed by my local GP who also plays a role in tests and monitoring my progression. Thank you
