Staff are great there. Not sure the name of the person drawing blood but she was really kind and made the process a heck of a lot less stressful for someone that dreads having to get blood drawn.

My dad visited this place for blood test. One of the receptionists was so rude, ignorant and zero respect and zero sympathy for patient.
My dad can't speak English very well but can understand most of it.
The lady shook her head whenever my dad asked the lady to repeat what she said (she was wearing mask which makes more harder to understand for my dad).
even My dad had apologise to the lady for repeating words she said.
It is saddening that patients are not treated with respect and care when they are in need of help.
This pathology place used to be our family's "to go" place for blood test but not anymore.
I really hope that the management of this place will look those negative feedback and reflect on it and improve on their customer service.
all of Patients want to be treated with respect especially when they are concerned for their health condition.
It does not hurt your throat to repeat what you said and explain.
It will only hurt your neck when you shake your head in ignorance as if she had enough of it.

Terrible. If you have a sample to drop off, do not go here. There is no sample collection box, and reception is unmanned. You have to take a number and wait your turn. There was a room full of patients waiting for a test. I stayed 15 mins hoping for a nurse to finish up with a patient so I could ask if I can drop off my sample. In 15 mins, the current patient was not done, and I didn't feel like waiting for that many people just to leave a sample, so I left.

Go to Dorevitch instead. They have a box you can leave your sample in, and there is normally someone at reception.

Normally the pathology is pretty efficient. Today I advised the person that it's pretty hard to find my veins. She told me abruptly that she had not seen it yet. So I just lifted my right arm as it's seem to be the easiest way in the past to get blood. She tried to feel for a vein. As she was frustrated she demands the other arm and I ask if she could not find it? Abruptly responded No! And demands the other arm. She managed to get blood, it was like Friday at 9am in morning and already angry.

Just wanted to thank staff member, Monyka who provided kind and compassionate service and care today when I took my Mother for pre op ECG and bloods. Even though the clinic was busy, she never rushed my elderly mother, taking great care in telling her what procedure she was doing and why
We very much appreciated her gentleness which made the procedure much easier for my mother

I wanted to get a Covid test done for a new employment purpose so I went there to check whether they are doing it at Mulgrave branch. The receptionist said no we don't do covid tests here so I asked if there's any other nearby branch to get it done. She suddenly pulled her mask above the nose and told me the location. I wanted to enter it in my phone but then this lady very impolitely asked me to go out if I came with Covid symptoms. I clearly said this is just for work purpose and still she said me to go out of the place. very disrespectful. Wear your mask properly at work so you don't have to be scared to death when someone comes and ask you a question. shame on you
