We’ve been visiting this Melbourne Eye Vet for over four years after our dog, Bella became blind in one eye. Throughout all this time, all of the staff - doctors, nurses, and receptionists have been incredibly supportive, helping us navigate the eye issue in Bella's second eye. Dr Anu, in particular, worked closely with us to try and preserve Bella's remaining eye, and we were able to manage this for four years. Unfortunately she recently required the removal of the second eye. As the staff shared, dogs are incredibly adaptable, and Bella is doing remarkably well just two weeks after her surgery.

We had entropian surgery for Theo our Chow Chow, was a very smooth process from consultation to surgery all within 1 week.
The nurses and vet were amazing thoroughly explained pre and post procedures with great followup, prices were also reasonable with everything considered.
The only thing preventing 5 stars was the attitude of the receptionist both times whilst my pregnant wife was bringing Theo in he was anxious in the environment and got away from my partner and all the receptionist could do was state the obvious that he needed to be on a leash whilst my partner was trying to restrain him.
Next day followup was great also with a phone call to make sure Theo was recovering well.

Dr Chloe has been helping with treating one of my rabbit's eye for more than 4 years. Thanks to Dr Chloe, our rabbit got to live to 13 years old.
We will not go anywhere else for any of my pet's eye issue. They are so knowledgeable and caring and helpful.
Normal vet suggested to remove the eye, where Dr Chloe took the next step and performed a special surgery so our girl didn't loose her eye.
