During a regular but routine skin check Dr Mannan found I had developed a Melanoma. Fortunately, it was found early and she removed it skillfully and without fuss leaving me a hairline scar so smooth I can shave over it with a razor!

I followed my lovely GP to this clinic. One of the receptionist was amazing with my high special needs son. Getting him a chair and making him feel comfortable, even though she had never met him. Also good wait times.
I am more than happy to travel 30minute for this fantastic clinic and staff.

Made an appointment through the app, as required on Saturday morning for an appointment on Monday afternoon. Did not receive confirmation or rejection text, so my wife and I called multiple times throughout the day; none of these calls were answered, all ringing out. Went to attend appointment, and was informed that a) their phone lines were experiencing issues; b) you will receive a confirmation text when appointments are accepted.

Fifteen minutes after appointment time has passed, we received a rejection text. Receptionist was dismissive, implying that responsibility for confirming appointment was on us, which begs the question what is she being paid for?

Doctors usually aren't bad, although I've noticed a trend of the better doctors moving on rather quickly.

Really disappointed by the Dr, very rude lady, wasn't listening to anything I was saying. I asked for a referral for the JHH, told me she can't do it today and that I have to book it myself or I'll have to come back later because she will forget. Made me pay $150. Called me back the same day to tell me I had to come back and book another appointment to get the referral when I was in 3 hours earlier.
I will definitely never go back !!!

Rude staff, doctors that treat young mums as if there over reacting
Took my son here as he had croop and because he wasn’t coughing at the time but had “mild swelling” to throat didn’t give any antibiotics and basically told me to wait till it gets worse to be able to come back and give him antibiotics

Tried to come back next day as sim had worsen and they couldn’t make room for 7 month old. Absolutely disgusting and never coming back here again.

I am bitterly disappointed that they have changed their payment schedule will n me without letting me know. I am on a health care card and I cannot afford to pay to see a Dr and now that they have done this I have to find another doctor who will bulk bill or just go to emergency. Dr Woo is a good Dr and now I can’t see him anymore cause the counter staff said he doesn’t bulk bill me anymore. You have just put more pressure on hospitals because of this change. Such a disappointment. Thanks Elly
