Very supportive! Just the accountability I needed to start living healthy again. I started MWL at this site three months ago and have lost 40 pounds. I have also learned a lot about my body and the nutrition it needs as opposed to what I "want" to eat each day. This program is great! The staff here have been helpful, supportive, and prompt. I never wait long for appointments. In fact, I usually end up moving my times around and they are positive and friendly and tolerant every time. Sometimes I bring my son along and they are always kind and understanding with him too. If you're thinking about joining, just do it.
