Really great Doctors especially Dr Janakan. He is a fantastic Doctor.
It appears there are over bookings as average wait times have been over 1.5 hours on multiple occassions and no, there was no emergency situations. Haven't had issues with reception staff, they are pretty good but would appreciate notification prior to arriving to my appointment on just how behind the Drs are as people have other obligations, appointments and it can get difficult for kids to wait that long too.

Amazing medical centre. I never had an issue with any of the doctors. The whole staff is very qualified and honest people.
Everyone has very good experience and whenever I ask anyone a question they know what they are talking about.thank you guys

Highly recommend. Lovely, and friendly staff. They are absolutely amazing. I have a busy schedule and appreciate the appointment confirmation I recieve by text. It is an excellent reminder for me, personally.

Having the Pharmacy next door/joined onto the medical centre is also very convenient. I have never had an issue with waiting time, my appointments have always been prompt.

PLUS SIDE: The convenience of having a nearby Fruit/Deli Market.

don't ever bother wasting your time by coming to this place. so unprofessional and they really don’t care about people’s time, i had to wait over an hour and 30 minutes to be seen by a doctor who was eating popcorn as he was walking in and out of the room and walking around with his pants hanging low. I had made this appointment in the morning and even told the receptionist i had another appointment to go to at 2:30pm but she just kept saying theres 2 more people in front and to wait because it won’t be long, over a handful of people came in and was seen prior to me even while I had an appointment. I got no answers for my sickness I was just asked questions by the doctor from a form i had already filled in before seeing the doctor. its very frustrating knowing that people who are genuinely sick probably get treated the same. everyone here is a joke its a time wasting practice. I would score lower than 1 star if I had the option to!

I'd like to start by mentioning that my rating is based solely on my experience with the receptionist I spoke to on Saturday afternoon. The doctors and nurses were fantastic. I was told I had to pay full price for my appointment despite having my Medicare card. This could be seen as an innocent mistake, but it was only corrected when a nurse reminded her that it was not true. Consequently, I wasn't charged. I am suffering from heart problems, and being told I had to pay full price not only worsened my condition but nearly led me to cancel my appointment. If I hadn't been seen that day, I wouldn't have received my necessary medication or the information about needing a heart monitor.

Waited over an hour and 10 minutes without being seen. I watched other patients who had later appointment times get called and when I asked reception one staff member said there was an issue with my appointment. The other jumped in and said that I’d already been seen (had my surname wrong so was a different person) then told me I just had to see the nurse first.
After seeing the nurse, I continued to watch other patients be called in who had arrived much later. Ended up leaving. I’m a very understanding and polite person but this was unacceptable service.

This practice has a couple of very good doctors but the waiting times have been ridiculous since last couple of months. Sometimes upto 1 hr. Advice to management: Don't overbook and respect time of patients as well.
