The pharmacist accused me of distributing my medication. Mind you my medication isn’t pain killers, opioids, or a precursor for any recreational drug. The audacity and ignorance.

My husband and I have been loyal customers of MediPharm Chemist since its opening, and I have nothing but praise for their exceptional service. The staff is familiar with us and always takes the time to chat. Sara is very knowledgeable and helpful, Rania is approachable and always willing to lend a hand, and Ali is also knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Additionally, their prescription pricing is very competitive. Keep up the great service. 👍

The staff here must be on some power trip. They have no sense of urgency or importance when it comes to appointments. I have to get a weekly injection that is administered by a NURSE not even by a doctor. I have provided all the documentation by another doctor so there is no need to see another doctor as this is a part of my treatment plan. They have blamed their “student nurse” for not booking in for the following week then telling me that there are no available doctors, great! No doctor required because there is already documentation from another doctor. I make another booking online for today, which I have always been doing. Receptionist calls me again today to tell me that their doctor has called in sick. That is not my issue, I only need to see a nurse - there should be no reason to see a doctor because once again I HAVE THE DOCUMENTATION STATING THE TREATMENT PLAN. The receptionist and manager on this power trip go ahead and can only state their “terms and conditions” that are only used as an excuse when they fail as employees. I have been going every week for multiple weeks already and no once was this an issue but god forbid if they make a mistake they blame use it. They should have said that from the beginning. Instead I’ve now missed my weekly injection by 2 days and have to find another NURSE**. Horrible effort by their staff, should hire new people who can stick to their policy from the get go instead of inconveniencing their patients!

Super grateful to the pharmacist who was so helpful the first time I came by. Dropped in before heading overseas and the pharmacist was so patient and informative in directing me to the products I needed for travel. Definitely my new go to place!

Very bad experiences with this center. The receptionists are very nice, but some doctors are very bad. My daughter was very sick and the Indian doctor - I don't know his name - asked for an ultrasound and told us that he was his friend and he would send the result on the same day, but no one contacted us and my daughter remained in pain until we went after that to the kind doctor Reem. She told us the result of the picture that there is inflammation around the stomach and she gave us treatment
And another experience, I did a blood test there, where I took an appointment with an Indian doctor - I don't know her name - I gave her the fax number and the name of the doctor who treats me in the hospital to send him the result directly, at the end of November, and what happened was that she did not send the result, did not call me, did not tell me, and she was The result is that the hospital canceled my appointment with the doctor, which was December 29, because the hospital did not receive the results of the blood test
They are very negligent and untrustworthy and they don't care about following up on their patients. I'm only talking about the male and female doctor I mentioned.

I had booked an appointment at 9:45am, doctor was running late. Waited approximately half an hour, although doctor was having technical difficulties, so was asked to come back when given a call. Receptionists were very lovely throughout the experience, called me a couple hours later and went in to see the doctor right away. I had booked with Dr. Janakan Shanmugaratnam which was very rude and unprofessional, I did not feel comfortable with him at all. I needed a referral and did not know there was a time limit of 15 minutes to see the doctor. I was unaware of the 15 minute limit and had exceeded 15 minutes, as the doctor told me he couldn’t do my referral as I had been in the doctors office for 22 minutes. He advised me to book another appointment if I wanted a referral, as he cannot stay back and he has children and did not complete the referral for me. I do not have any intention to create bad vibes for this new medical practice, although this doctor had greatly upset me and will not book to see him again.
