Do not use them if you need a quick prescription. The first time I used them I desperately needed my medication, but spoke to a doctor after 10pm and they don’t dispense until the morning (even though my local chemist is 24/7!). The second time I used them I thought it would be okay as I got a prescription early AM. Nope - it’s 5.30 and they still haven’t sent through my prescription to the chemist that I selected at 9am. I spoke to someone from the customer helpline who said he would get right on it (and never did). From there, I left a message and called back about 10 times and nothing. Great idea that has been uselessly executed.

Worst experience ever. Spent $40 for a 90 second Chatbot-like consultation. The ‘doctor’ S. Dayan was probably the most unhelpful medical practitioner I have ever met. The doctor was cold, emotionless and no empathy whatsoever. And I got charged twice for a duplicate prescription which I don’t need. I have had much better conversation/experience with an actual robot.

The online prescription only work between certain timeframe. So if you are desperate after 10 pm, this system is practically useless. Also the app can only send prescription to local, none Chemist Warehouse pharmacies, which is a good thing to support local smaller players, however if you need prescription urgently outside of the normal local pharmacy trading hours, is app is, again, useless.

Would’ve given 0 stars, but I gave it 1 star because the app allowed me to store all consultation conversations, and I can show the conversation to everyone I know and advise them to stay away from this app.

Used this service multiple times but had one really bad experience with a doctor in which I will never be using it again. Doctor didn't fully listen to all my symptoms. I had quite a severe kidney infection which he disregarded and he said I had a uti. Ended the call while I was in the middle of asking him questions. Luckily I had the intuition to get a second opinion from another doctor in which they told me to immediately go to the hospital. Very poor quality of care from this doctor and I sent two messages asking for a refund to which no customer support reached out to me.

Got billed twice for one consultation. Contacted for a refund straight away which was met with positivity. As of this morning it still hasn't been processed so I contacted them to follow up and was met with the following response which is a disgrace.

The worst experience I've ever had. It's great as a booking system to see your gp in person however the online consults are rubbish. Consult ended after the video cut out, the doctor wouldn't call me back and ended the consultation via IM and didn't even listen to my history to properly treat my issue. On top of that I had to pay for the dodgy 2 minute conversation. Stay away!!

Terrible. Doctor couldn't help with my first question so spent the whole 5 minutes we spoke trying to get rid of me. Ended up ending our session before even checking I was done. Can't believe I spent $40 to be told "go see a gp" and her choosing a diagnosis of depression when I literally said nothing about that and didn't even get a chance to mention a single symptom. Apparently you can pay to waste time, and it costs $40

Extremely convenient - I used the app on a Saturday afternoon and had my prescriptions filled within 2 hours. I even received personal follow up calls to confirm I was able to get my prescriptions.

Should have seen these Google reviews before I started my consult. Dr Dayan started off the conversation with complete gibberish, and then vanished into thin air. I kept requesting them to cancel the session so I could see another GP, but instead I was stuck there for 40 minutes before they finally responded and said "app freezes (sic)" and cancelled the session. I had no choice but to find another online GP consult platform altogether.
