He is very kind and patient. The clinic is often run by his lovely wife and the receptionists are super friendly and speak both Vietnamese and English. They are all very personable and friendly and you can tell Dr Albert really values his patients and work - yet it is not just work for him. He has made many sacrifices in this job and all in the name of the patient.

I went in yesterday and the level of care I received was below zero. Dr. Nguyen kept dismissing me no matter how many times I insisted to him I wasn’t feeling well and the pain level wasn’t normal. As a black person don’t even dare.

I went there the other day and the doctor didn’t seem to care much. My BP was very low and my temperature as well but he insisted I’m okay that way. I felt weak. All he kept saying was I can’t afford, I don’t know why he assumed that. I got out of there with no help at all. This felt very intimidating !!! Not impressed
