So far I've seen two female Drs at Hendra Medicross and even though I no longer live in the area I will continue to go back there. The service and care is outstanding from the moment you arrive. 5 stars

All the staff are excellent professionals, compassionate and listen to the patient's concerns. Highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a reliable quality family GP practice and want a specific GP to follow any health issues. Unlike big bulk practices, the same GP can look after you and your family and will get to know your family's medical needs.

Steve Coates is a wonderful, attentive, compassionate doctor. I appreciate that he sees patients on Saturday. It demonstrates an understanding of the restraints experienced by full time workers.

Dr Coates and the rest of the staff, especially Freda have been looking after my family and I for years.
Nothing is ever a drama when it comes to our complex medical needs.
Freda and Dr Coates always makes my little 6yr old girl who has Autism feel welcome and as a result of this, my little girl has a special bond with them.
Honestly I believe that they are the best staff, nurses, pathologists and Doctors that I have dealt with since 2010 when my medical journey begun.
I just asked my little girl what star rating should we give the team at first she said a 10 star 🌟 rating out of 5 but then changed her mind and said a 100 star 🌟 rating out of 5 and trust me my little girl knows about star 🌟 ratings.
So in short, we think their the best and I would do nearly anything to repay the kindness, caring, professionalism, friendliness and respect they show my family and I.

Dr Sanaz, wonderful, treated my son (after I went to 3 other doctors) and provided education on his condition (which was preventing him from absorbing the antibiotics) so up till then his condition had been continually declining and his pain had been increasing. With her guidance and treatment he has picked up and is recovering. So pleased with her knowledge and experience. Thank you. Thank you also to Freya and nurse onsite for their compassion at our time of need.
