From the moment you walk in the door, this Medical Centre is phenomenal.
It’s professional, organised, all staff are impressive and focused to provide patient focused services.
I had been searching for a Dr who I could truly trust. I have a chronic illness which is difficult to manage - not here, all the Drs are wise and patient- you are more than just a patient. You are a whole human!
My Dr, Dr Robina Hanafi, is a wonder woman! I have never experienced this, it is a privilege to have a Dr who is able create a place where her professional calm presence encompasses a place of safety and trust.
I have an extensive experience of knowing many practitioners across my lifespan, from child and adolescent psychiatrists, it continued. Dr Robina has an indescribably vast amount of wisdom, I cannot find the words to express the gratitude I have for her. First meeting she connected me to my professional self, setting me on a pathway of health and healing I had not imagined possible.
5 stars is not enough to describe this powerful place of healing. No where can provide such an effective approach of professional and humanist care.
I hope I have encouraged people who were like me, desperate for this health care.

Dr Andrada is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and above all takes time to help you with whatever problem you are having. I had a number of issues when I first came to see him, some of which were quite sensitive and that I was embarrassed about. I was scared to ask for help because of bad experiences with medics in the past. I really needed a Dr who was non judgemental, compassionate and modern- thinking. Dr Andrada is ALL those things! He has helped me so much and I am now much healthier happier person.
He also respects your time and his appointments run to schedule - no waiting!
The girls who run the clinic are also empathetic and helpful and work with you to ensure you get the help you need.
Dr Andrada is the hands down the best doctor I've ever had and I would recommend him wholeheartedly. Infact, you can count yourself lucky to get him as your Dr!

The reception staff at Mediclinic Clayton were extremely unprofessional and lacked basic empathy and courtesy. In a medical environment, it's important to have staff who are approachable, understanding, and respectful. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope management takes steps to improve their customer service and staff training.

Dr Hanifi is one of the kindest and caring doctors I have met. She is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to rare conditions such as mine.

She has been instrumental assisting me get a quality of life back when many others in the industry failed me. To her credit she has read many reports, docs, etc regarding CRPS and greatly assisted me.

They force you to pay for a phone consultation just to say “negative” for a service you have already paid for (test and consultation) and as my result weren’t ready they are forcing me to pay again for a new phone call. Just rude and unprofessional. Won’t go again.

Drove 40 minutes for bulkbilling offered at this clinic for concession card holders. Only found out once getting there that it was just standard billing and fairly expensive too. The receptionist was weirdly passive aggressive about it and attempted in as many ways as possible to lay the blame on me - saying that I should’ve called up beforehand or accused me of booking the appointment incorrectly.

The staff are great and easy to talk to, the practice is easily accessible (ramp).Parking is free and available.dr Andrada is very professional.i didn’t even have to wait long for my appointment.the patients are good, they mind their own business.Train and bus station is 5 minutes away and it’s bulk billed.
