Recently moved to the area-and having to start over again at a new medical practice could have been daunting-but not here!
From my first enquiry at reception I was made to feel seen and welcomed. I have found the reception team beyond amazing with their ability to go the extra mile. Dr Richard Hayter whom I am seeing is also exceptional and actually listens to you and you don’t feel rushed!

Disappointing experience of health care from Dr Atwal. Unfriendly get you in and out and unwilling to discuss health problem. Also young girl in reception was unfriendly and rude. The older women at reception was extremely helpful and friendly.

I have been a patient at Medicine On Second for over a year now and I will never go anywhere else. Dr Morris is particularly good, taking time to really understand my queries and going to great lengths to ensure I get the medical attention I need. His thoroughness and attention to detail have recently resulted in picking up a heart condition I didn't know I had and treatment has started and is going well. The staff there are excellent too; super-friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and I never feel like I am being rushed. It's a rare thing to feel this confident in your care!

It was my first visit to a doctor since moving to Maroochydore 6 months ago.
I found Medicine on Second very clean, neat and tidy. I wasn't kept waiting. The staff were friendly and competent and the doctor I saw, John Osborne, was friendly and informative. Couldn't ask for more really and I would definitely recommend this Medical Centre and Dr Osborne.
