MOCA have been so easy and efficient to deal with. They respond to my emails very promptly, sometimes 5am in the morning sometimes 10pm at night! So happy to have found them for my wellness journey. I'm giving you 5 stars and I haven't even tried yet but I'm with another company that is completely stuffing everything up since I got a New Dr I had my second consultation and my prescriptions never got filled I've been ringing and now it's email after email back and forth I can't handle the incompetence any longer I really think I need to swap companies as I'm on this stuff for proper medical reasons but they don't treat it seriously enough it's just a bit annoying that most people are with this company as they are always the first to pop up right in your face but now that I know others are on it and don't go through the company and the amount of stress they put you through after spending Thousands and Thousands of dollars as I know I'm paying them a good $1060 a fortnight every fortnight it's alot of money for consultations when they don't even do you repeats on the 4 different types of medical marijuana I'm supposed to be taking. Now I have to do it again I don't think so I think that was last straw for me Alterna@$%# yes we all know who the company is but looks like THIS IS MUCH MORE PROFESSIONAL ESPECIALLY YOUR AMAZING COMMENTS I hope it isn't going to be to much trouble trying to change over to a company that seem alot more professional and actually do care about the patients and not just the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ signs. YOU GUYS SOUND AMAZING I'LL TRY CALL SOON AND SEE IF I CAN SWAP TO A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY LIKE YOURSELVES.
