My son was lost, didn't know where to go, who was available in Ipswich to help him with his mental health needs. He can't speak highly enough about the care and support he has received from everyone at Medicare Mental Health Centre or Head to Health. This has been what Ipswich has needed for a long time, a place that looks at the person and their needs, not a charge line for the service. This is a wonderful centre with very caring and understanding staff. After a face to face meeting with them, they were a wealth of knowledge from understanding what services they provide to what other services would be best suited to address certain situations. They are well worth contacting but don't expect them to have all the solutions!

doesn’t actually care about a clients mental health. only treats people when it’s good for them and if it hits 6 months you have to start all over again.
don’t use this service if you want someone to care about your mental health
