Very happy with the team in administration as they are always very polite and helpful. Dr is understanding and honest with me about medications and is happy to check with professionals to ensure medication works together I couldn’t ask for anymore.

This place is starting to be a joke, constantly canceling appointments on you last minute or rescheduling appointments on you with out even checking to see if you can attend said appointment.

Receptions are very rude and clearly talk down to patients and pretend like they know everything when they obviously do not.

Used to be very inviting medical practice to attend but unfortunately not anymore.

Just had the best experience here! I recently moved to the area, and needed to find a new GP. This place is wonderful. They actually listen, everyone looks happy and professional, and it's very fairly priced. I've never felt so listened to and looked after before. Dr. Frances was everything I was looking for in a GP. She was attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to speak with. The front desk staff were also great! Quite the amazing team they have here! So happy to have finally found the right GP for me. Thanks Medical on Mary!

I really like my doctor, Dr Frances Andal, who I find very helpful.
Dr Andal is very knowledgeable with her medical advice on any of my queries regarding my health issues. She has always been very thorough when updating my medications, discussing different symptoms, checking my BP and other concerns I've had.
The staff there at reception are all very friendly and very helpful.
Everyone is a friendly and very helpful. Medical on Mary has always presented as a very professional Medical Centre, with a wonderful group of doctors, nurses, blood clinic and great staff working in reception. It's a very busy centre. I would fully recommend this Medical Centre to anyone in need of medical help.

I have been with Medical on Mary for four years since returning to Queensland. I am very happy with the service. My Doctor within in this group is very caring and often goes beyond the normal if needed. The only problem I have is that as it is becoming busier all the time, the wait for appointments is sometimes a worry but they will always try to fit me in if it is important.

Staff are friendly courteous and professional. Dr. Percy is excellent taking the time to listen, and look for causal problems/ factors behind the presenting Issue, Then in consultation, he plans with you towards a holistically better healthier future through a problem solving approach. Have never thought like I was being pushed out the door. All up very happy with this practice thus far.

Dr Percy is Awesome. He's been fantastic in helping to diagnose and manage a condition which had gone virtually untreated for five years.
