I'd really like to say a big thank you to Medical Matters. The Doctors and reception team always go out of their way to look after me and my family.

I especially want to thank Dr. Caroline. She has always gone out of her way to help me not matter what the issue is - the best Doctor I've had, by far. Thank you Dr. Caroline for your continuous help and support.

Love the team at MM. The receptionists are always helpful, friendly and compassionate. They’re willing to go the extra mile to help and ensure your experience is stress free. Dr Mark is a phenomenal doctor who takes the time to understand you and provide a solution. He is thorough and doesn’t try to rush you. He is also compassionate, and soothing to consult with, having you know he genuinely cares. I can’t recommend Medical Matters enough. Every encounter has been pleasant and the team are A+. Each time I attend Medical Matters I feel so grateful to have such a caring, thorough and friendly practice to go to. Wendy, Jan and Natalie on Reception are so friendly and accomodating. The doctors are great. Jane and Megan, the Nurses are wonderful too.
Everyone strives to put you at ease and it is so appreciated by me and my family.

From the moment I entered, I was treated as I was a long term patient, the demeanor and attitude of the entire staff I encountered was acceptance, respect and genuine care. I have searched for a long time for a doctor that still cared. I found that in this entire practice.
My blood pressure was high and instead of just logging it, they took their time and checked it three times and did an EKG just to make sure. Highly recommend.

Dr Mark has been my GP for a few years now, and I travel an hour to see him now after moving. He is attentive, friendly, and will never brush off any issues you bring up. On top of that, he is very up to date with all health care services, as he will often send me through informative youtube videos and content related to the issue I have for ongoing reference. Plus all the staff are super friendly and wait times are practically non existent, great experience here!

I have been coming here since my daughter was born and for myself. A great family practise with very kind staff, doctors and nurses. I want to shout out the receptionist I think going by the name Jennie. She is very understanding when I had forgotten my pensioners card letting me send her a photo when I got home which is so helpful as a new mum who is pretty stressed and forgetful at times and I really enjoyed talking with her while I waited for my appointment as well. Overall five stars all around

I went in at 12pm today for my appointment, and I have never been so humiliated. The two ladies at reception spent 5 minutes quizzing me about how I did not confirm my appointment. When I showed them the SMS I received and sent to confirm it, they didn’t apologise, they were rude and obnoxious. I understand mistakes happen but their attitude was deplorable. The appointment was rather urgent and they knew that when I booked in with them a week prior. They were rude and unprofessional, mocking my situation to the point where I was in tears at reception. In the end, they offered me an appointment next week, which I couldn’t do as I had taken time off work to come in today. I recall one of the receptionists saying in a sarcastic tone “well you really better get that sorted out sooner rather than later”, yes Wendy that is why I booked the appointment with you for today. Doctor Jim is lovely, however they really need some new receptionists!! I wouldn’t wish being treated like that on my worst enemy.
