Amazing practice - we moved to in '22 from a big bulk billing clinic that didn't offer much care (but you can't with that business model and the govt funding) - best decision ever. All of the Drs amazingly good - we saw Dr Suzi today - my wife is going thru chemo and wasn't in a good way - the DR was empathetic, caring, compassionate and decisive. Can't thank her - or the fantastic office staff enough. Also had great consults with Drs Nazilla and Tran.

The clinic itself is fine. Dr Suzi I have a strong distaste for.
Two issues. My wife was having mental health issues but says there is no psychiatrists In south Australia taking new clients. I'm guessing she either didn't try or sent a request to only a couple of psychs because there are some available you just have to look further than the end of your nose.
Second after stomach surgery to remove cancer there has been major complications and the result was life threatening. (10 months ongoing with few surgeries to help and many hospital admissions) Dr Suzi was asked to write a referral letter to a different surgeon for another opinion and she refused stating it was unprofessional to request a different specialist to be consulted and that the other specialist wouldn't look at someone else's work. Even tho I had made an appointment with the other specialist explaining and they were happy with a consultation.
Due to this we have changed clinics. No only me but my entire family.
Very disappointed is an understatement
Unfortunately the whole of medical HQ is now tared with the same brush.

Dr Rodney Pierce is truly amazing, I cannot thank him enough for drastically improving my life. If all Doctors were as educated as him the world would be a better place.

Hi I am Sharon Alderslade I have an intellectual and physical disability and I have Mental Health issues but apart from all my medical problems I have to say I’m so very grateful and lucky that I have two of the most amazing awesome Doctors that is Dr Rod Pierce and Doctor Cameron ! They are always so thoughtful and Caring and I just want the world to know that I have the best Doctors in the world and I always wish them and the lovely ladies at the front desk happiness and great fortune and I hope that they all can see how grateful I am so Thank you so much for all your kindness and support and I have sent you 3 pictures of my furry babies and feathered baby Pickles is my Jack Russel he is a boy and Rosie is my little girl she is a Maltese Shitzue and George is my feathered baby he is a South African baby boy Quaker Parrot and I just wanted to share my babies with everyone at Medical HQ thank you for listening from Sharon!🐶🐶🐦

Terrific Doctor. I am 70 years old, and the Doctor that takes care of me is the best that I have experienced in my lifetime. She listens, records all in my files, does not rush me, and finds the best results for me. I have had very good results thanks to her diagnoses. 🇦🇺🤗

Excellent medical staff very well trained and skilled in their profession.. Administrative staff very helpful and happy to help me with my requirements. Plenty of parking spaces available. A lift is available for those who cannot tackle stairs too well. A wheel chair is available for those who may need it. Plenty of seating in the waiting room. The building is mobility scooter friendly. Scooters can driven into the Doctors rooms. Medical HQ is my preferred medical HQ.

I saw the dietitian - Ms Angela Kaczmar - at Glynde Medical HQ today. It was a horrible experience. She was very insensitive and disrespectful. I don't usually write reviews but I left feeling really sad today.

We all have have bad days and we all deserve second chances but I won't be going back and I won't be recommending her.
