Outstanding service from Jamie and Caitie who were called in by another crew to assist in moving a family member down some steep stairs and steps.
Collectively, they navigated the steep and sometimes uneven surface with the aid of the Ferno traction unit, which attaches to under the seat.

Excellent Service, I was picked up 0630 hrs from Ballajura WA 6066 on time, by a young lady Jade And l was taken to Armadale Hospital 6112 WA.
At 1330, another booking to return home driven by a young Man, brought home safely!
Both young Drivers were very courteous and helpful throughout the journey, Well done Medical Edge Australia.

From the get-go, the crew was professional and it was an absolute pleasure to organises with them to attend our week-long conference. At the conference itself, Brodie and Robbie were flexible, easy going, amazingly capable and all round legends. They made the organising team’s life easy, even with 800 delegates to look after, and I would 100% recommend MedEdge to anyone needing any sort of first aid or paramedic support at any event. I will definitely be using them again if I ever have the opportunity!
