Was in an immense amount of pain while wounded. Doctor showed barely any sympathy. He ignored and brushed off my inquiries as to the cause of my sudden influx of pain. If anything, he came across as annoyed with my being there.

Despite bleeding through my shirt and having seen how severe my wound was, I still had to request to be patched up while he tried to wrap up the appointment. The centre didn’t have the necessary bandaging to even properly tend to it. They did such an average job of it my partner had to better the wrapping at home with our own materials.

The only reason I’m giving this review a two stars is the fact it was so close to the chemist. I was able to access the painkillers immediately. The people there were ten times more accommodating and were actually able to provide information that was helpful with my condition at the time.

Not entirely impressed.
Thought I'd finally found a good doctor only to have them close with no warning or explanation. I arrived for a booked appointment only to find the practice closed until further notice with no explanation as to why.
Have driven past a few times since and still as of yesterday is closed. A bit of warning to your patients might not have been such a bad idea.

Honestly the best practice i have found on the GC and i have been to 4 with my 9 month old. The receptionist is so lovely unlike most medical receptionist who are short and rude. The doctors listen to your concerns and talk through the solutions. I have always been seen straight away, haven’t had to wait. Amazing. 10 stars!!

This is the best medical centre I have ever been to. The receptionists Pamela and Leanne are so lovely and accomodating. Tracey the nurse has a very sympathetic kind nature. Dr De Silva and Dr Dissa are the best doctors in the world. They are very thorough and caring. They do not rush appoinments and listen!
My kids love going to the doctor now as they get so much attention and love at this place 😂 FANTASTIC!!

We have just moved to Nerang and we tried two other practices. 'Get Well' is the best by far. My young family have been looked after extremely well, from the delightful ladies on the front desk to the fantastic nusre Tracey and finally the diligent doctors taking the up most care of you. You truly will 'Get Well' through this practice and I have recommended to family and friends.

Genuinely nice people who are on time, polite and down to earth!

I always feel welcome at getwell medical centre. Everything, for me, is perfect. They care about me, they follow up with me, they organised after care physio and nutritionist plans, they organise future appointments. I have so much gratitude for their concern of my well-being. I am so glad I found this place, I generally dread going to the Doctors, but Dr De Silva was very kind and caring and the receptionist was just, lovely!
