I have been with Medibank for years. I missed one payment (because my debit card expired) and I did not realise. I went to claim my optical extras in store but my Medibank private claim was denied.
One payment missed, not even lapsing a full month.
Shame. I didn't get to claim my optical. I've now updated my payment details and have been told to try again.
Surely I would have still been covered?! No, apparently not.
That's what you get for years of loyalty.

Normally I wouldn't write a review but I was very disappointed about this.

medibank stockland townsville very bad, i have bring 5 invoice to claim, i gave lady to done paperwork and she said that all done, ...i checked my bank account every week, but money Not come yet, after 3 months i came back asking, other person said nothing in system, and take my phone number and call me back but other 3 months, no one call me.

I just waited 30 minutes next in line and could not get served. 2 staff in total. Walked out in discust. Its a battle to get there in Stockland and then no service at all. 2 young girls behind the counter with no idea of customer service.

I have been trying to get touch with Medibank for over a week 🙁 I do not have 45mins to wait nor do I have hours to try and set up a contact via email . I did try however no luck with this 🙁 If this is the service one gets when trying to pay an account what will happen if I need to get in touch if I have a question about a claim 🙁 Not helpful at all 🙁
