Rubbish call centre. Should have real People in Australia and more staff. Considering how expensive the cover is. I’m likely going to change private health.

Automated phone assistance with pre-populated answer options means unless you fall into a category offered, you will get ducked around “I’m sorry but I didn’t quite get that. In a few words tell me what you want help with..”
My daughter turns 21 and will be dropped from my policy unless I let them know” is impossible to articulate in a few words, so I’ve been messed around during my own work time for no success.
So annoyed! It makes me want to change companies but I suspect all big business is becoming just as bad due to automation and lack of real people assistance!

There's only one staff and I was waiting for so long that I feel starving. But I can't leave cause someone else are waiting too. I don't know should I use this insurance or not, cause I was here to have a look of the policies.

I went to the Casuarina Medibank to sort out my leaving certificate which was meant to be sent in October 2022. The management accused the fault of not receiving the correct leaving certificate on me even though it was correctly applied for via a broker, then by Bupa and 6 times by me by phone. Needless to say she was very unhelpful and should of apologised instead of trying to blame me for what is clearly an computer entry by Medibank. I still haven’t received any clearance certificate and currently have no insurance due to this error. Medibank should be ashamed.

I wanted to change my email address. Logged in. missed type my new email address. no option for retyping the new address or any option to check if I am sure I want to change to the new email address. I got logged out immediately from my current session. Was sent an email to my old email account informing me of the new change of email address and that they will never contact me on the old email. Results are:
1- They sent an email to the "wrong" email address, which I don't have access to.
2- I couldn't log in at all to my to my account using my original email

The only way to fix the problem is to call them. I tried to call. After more than 30 mnts wait I gave up and hang up.
I will have to take time off work tomorrow to go in person to one of their branches to fix this ! Extremely frustrating !

I came into the Casuarina store to apply for pet insurance.
Your staff said....they were both new and had no computer access to the pet insurance.
They gave me a number...OMG the.man was so monotone I became bored and annoyed listening to him...
Come on surely you can do better

Tried phoning a waste of time, couldn't spray to a real person.
Now I'll have to travel to the Casuarina office. The office staff are usually friendly and efficient.
