Very dissapointed in the lack of "advice" from MediAdvice Glenmore Park. The male pharmacist working on Thursday night was arrogant and ambivalent, giving non-answers to our questions in a way that would impress the most seasoned politician. Usually pharmacists are knowledgeable and helpful, this one could have been borrowed from a Coles checkout shift for all the pharmaceutical knowledge he shared. On top of appearing to believe he was just there to dispense our medication in a mute state he also did not provide any guidance in regards to the specific way to take this strong medication in order to reduce potential side effects. Luckily Google was able to pick up the slack so he was able to get through his shift with the least amount of customer service possible. The price isn't an issue as everyone in the area already knows you pay 2 to 3 times more for medication here for the convenience of not having to leave Glenmore Park. It's just shame the service leaves such a bad taste in your mouth.

Sunday morning I went to get some scripts filled. The male pharmacist was quite rude, and has no people skills whatsoever. I observed him with other customers and his demeanour was the same. It's the first time I got my scripts filled there and it will be the last. Dreadful experience. ?

Expert friendly staff have taken excellent care of our family for years. Always patient, informative and caring - they are the chemist I trust. Have several times helped with great questions to ask doctors for more confidence with care.

I have been going to this chemist frequently over the last few months since my Mum has been diagnosed with terminal cancer and this is the area she lives in. I am always greeted by friendly and professional staff and they are open long hours which is perfect because I often have to care for my Mum after work.

Tonight I called because my Mum needs a special medication that I know isn't always stocked and she needs it by tomorrow. The person who answered (Dana I believe was her name) asked how my Mum was going and was caring about her illness. She put through the order for the medicines while I was on the phone and advised that the delivery would be there by 12pm tomorrow.

To know that my Mum's pain will be eased a bit tomorrow because someone cared enough to do that little bit extra brings a little sunshine to our tough situation and I thank you very much for that.

Rudeness & ignorance at its very best.
Elderly Worker at the entrance is an outright liar who has no empathy
for humanity.
Has a thorough enjoyment of walking away from anyone who approaches the counter.
We do have choices of where to spend our money & it certainly isn’t at this place.

If I could give no stars I would because apparently this pharmacy doesnt dispense medications. You expect some level of empathy or at least sound knowledge on medicine but apparently not. What you can expect is to be spoken down to. Just by the way you can dispense regular medications on an expired script 25 days post expiration. If they do not know this what else don't they know. As a nurse working in the industry for 7 years this is horrible and I hope they don't do this for people on life saving medications.

After reading all the 1 star reviews I initially thought people were being a bit harsh.. But after visiting here than I couldn't agree more! Customer service does not exist at this place, completely useless, while trying to buy a basic otc medication I was asked for two forms of id, private questions yelled at me from the pharmacist, than while waiting at least four people behind me were served first!? Do yourself and your family a huge favour and avoid this pharmacy like the plague.. personally I will never use them again, much better, friendlier service anywhere on high St Penrith..
