Dr. Mojgan is an outstanding doctor. She is not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly kind and attentive. During my first visit, she took the time to listen to all my concerns and answered all my questions in detail. Her warm and compassionate approach made me feel completely at ease. I left feeling confident in her care and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor who truly cares about her patients.

Most doctors and nurses in the clinic are good. Its just that reception line is always switched off so when you try and call the clinic during operation hours you can never get hold of them because reception never switch the phone on!!

Not a new patient in this clinic but first time visiting Dr Mojgan. I went for an allergy test cuz i had the anaphylaxis twice. The appointment was made at 9:30am, and saw she arrived the clinic at 9:44am, called me into her room at around 9:55am. She was late for the appointment and during the consultation, and she had no idea what kind of test she needs to order for me and had to call the Melbourne pathology to confirm the test. During the consultation, I was not sure if she understood everything I said…cuz i constantly had to rephrase the sentences to make sure we are on the same page, and by 10:10 she said she had to charge me a long consultation 😑

New patient here. Had appointment today with Dr. Paiva, she is really patient and professional. She listened attentively and addressed all my concerns. Also, very friendly and approachable receptionists.

There is no 0 start option otherwise would like to give medi 7 to 0 star because i had an appointment on 2:30PM for Dr liliapin and we waiting for 3:15PM and also reception are no interested to give us answer or any response

"Extremely disappointed with the clinic's service. Despite the listed hours showing they are open until 11:30 pm, we arrived at 6:07 pm during an emergency and were told they were closed. This inconsistency caused unnecessary stress during a critical situation. Please ensure your hours are accurate and staff are available as advertised."

Used to be good. My last visit made me realise how bad the place really is (reception). Here's one star for you. Not that you care. I know you don't. Not a single bit. I would reduce your score to -3.7 if possible.

I went 4 times in 1 month and in the end I had to find on my own the condition of my cough.
Dr Bella Weisman gave me twice a useless syrup while instead I had whopping cough.
Avoid her and the clinic. Money hungry machine. I'd give them 0 if I could
