I went to see Dr.C today and really regret, I should listen to everyone’s word here. We talked about the gap fee nowadays become so nonsense in Adelaide every where. He recommend me that Australia is not good for human to live. It’s good for animals especially mice and rats to live….I am doing the blood pressure atm. My lower blood pressure went to 100 in the end. I feel a little bit offended. Because his ironically expression makes me feel uncomfortable and even a little bit racism. He draw an analogy between the migrants to rats who heavily occupied the resource from australian locals. Maybe I am too sensitive as well but Dr.C should have not say that to me（who looks like an Asian). Still feel angry and uncomfortabld now...😤😤😤

I was absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated at this practice. I made an appointment at this practice because I have recently moved to the area and needed a GP closer to home. First, I understand that GP practices have to enforce masks, but to not have them available to those who do not have them seems counterintuitive. I could not afford to buy a mask from the chemist or local shopping center around the corner, so I was 5+ minutes late to my appointment as I was wondering around to neighbouring businesses asking if they had one to give. The lady at the front desk, although professional, was not approachable or friendly by any means. Then, upon finally meeting with the doctor and sharing private details, I was told that he did not understand what kind of care I was looking for and therefore was unable to treat me. I explained clear examples of the kind of support I was looking for - support I have been receiving from my previous GP before moving to the area. Dr. Constantine was rude, unprofessional and quite frankly not fit to be a general practitioner if he so truly believes that he cannot treat patients regardless of the ailments they are dealing with. I am mortified by the lack of understanding and basic compassion from this practice. Do not go here. if I could rate 0 stars, I would.

BRING YOUR OWN MASK SO YOU DONT GET RIPPED OFF!
Was absolutely disgusted when it's not mandatory to wear a mask, however when arriving for my husband's appointment today (which they cancelled previously the week before for no good reason) we were told we needed to wear a mask. Now we did get it on the SMS but not having any at home, and masks being enforced by the practice ONLY, we assumed they would have masks for us.
Once we arrived we were told they are charging for masks $2 a mask!
You can get a box of level 2masks (10masks) for $7 at big W. We won't be coming back here!

Warning!!! Do NOT recommend "Dr. Luke M. Constantine" to any new patients, internationals, and especially people who have mental health concern. This Doctor can NOT help you at all and he would say "Sorry, I can't help you because I don't know you." That's how he shows his very limited sympathy and makes you feel hopeless.
If you prefer to see a rich old-school doctor, get your $90 standard consultation fee ready and he'll give you a robotic care and handwriting prescription.

DO NOT book with Medgroup and Luke Constantine!!! I will report this practice to Ahpra and consumer affairs shortly. They advertised themselves to be a bulk bill practice but they will NOT charge you the bulk bill rate!!!

I booked an appointment for my mum for a standard consultation (Bulk bill rate should be $39.1) with LUKE CONSTANTINE and I was told that my mum will be charged $90. The excuses Medgroup gave to me is that they are not working with our insurance company Medibank and we need to pay $90 to them. We are happy to pay upfront and we can claim with our insurance company but the bulk bill rate should be $39.1 not $90.

My mum decided to cancel the appointment as she does not want to be treated by this kind of unethical doctor.

I should have checked all the reviews before I made the appointment and it has wasted so much of our time!!

I made a booking on line for a family member with a serious mental heath issue. I was told he couldn't attend due to being unvaccinate which I understand. However I was told he was booked in for a phone consult I had no contact all day. When I called I was told that the dr would still call however he was very busy with NORMAL patients all day. Absolutely discussed at we received no phone call at all

Doctor Constantine and his staff members are very professional and take create concern and care for their patients. Personally, I have been Doctor Constantine patient for a good amount of years and I continue to use his services!
