Very efficient and professional medical services are provided at this clinic. Really is one of the best clinics we've been to.

GP Dr Tenzi & Phisio Dr Jay are exceptional professionals , courteous ,supportive, and quiet good at what they do.Higly recommend Tenzi if you have young toddlers , he is so good with kids.

They also have a few Female GP's available, a big plus for the ladies.

Decent sized ,very clean toilets are available within the clinic.

The Hotdoc booking app works really well for this clinic. Easy to book appointments always 2 or more doctors available and free parking available closeby at KFC or street front ( note: Clearway 3pm - 7pm). Wait, times are really a non-issue at this clinic.

Please note that they are currently not bulk billing for ages 16 and above .Check the website for details. Make sure to cancel your appointments if you take a rain check. Otherwise, you may pay a no-show fee.The service is top-notch, hence the price.

There's a nice little well stocked, reasonably priced pharmacy onsite. You won't regret visiting this clinic.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Fauzia Rehan for a couple of years and cannot recommend her highly enough. She is consistently kind, knowledgeable, and personable at every appointment.

On one occasion, she went above and beyond by making herself available to speak with my pharmacist about a prescription issue—at 7 pm! Despite juggling other patients, she made time to help, saving me a lot of hassle. Incredible service.

Even after moving out of the area, I continue to visit MedFirst solely because of the exceptional care I receive from Dr. Rehan

Doctor's and nurses are very helpful.
However, the receptionist today that I spoke to was very rude to me!!!
I had to call twice just to confirm something and she answer me so rude!and never even let me finish what I was trying to explain.I understand if it was busy but she still needs to be nice to people who are calling. And she even slammed the the phone she hanged up.I found it so rude!!!!!

Really good experience here yesterday. Was my first time at this GP as my regular GP is a few suburbs away and I couldn't get there during open hours.
The reception staff were friendly and efficient, and the GP I saw was fantastic, well informed, and listened and responded accurately to my issue. Can definitely recommend

Dr Fauzia Rehan The worst person and Dr I have ever met. Narcissist person lacking empathy and integrity.
Then again my fault to expect respect and quality from a terrible mediocre medical centre.
I have many health concerns and told Dr Fauzia, I have had difficulties finding a doctor to help me.
She replied saying, next time come with one concerns at the time. We don’t have all day.
I role her I was in the room with her for 10 minutes. She responded: 27min. Including the time the nurse had with you.

I did not know that was the case that half of the consultation was done by a nurse.

I was in the reception waiting for 30 minutes already and I’ve booked a long appointment since I was a new patient.

Also I had to explain the nurse same question as the doctor. What’s the point of the doctor? Only to give referrals?
Is that what we get from this doctors after Australia government pay then $80 dollars and I $20 ?

Honestly I blame myself for expecting mediocre people to provide a standard treatment

I will never be near this place an advice anyone with serious concerns about their health to keep away from this woman.

She has no respect, dignity or skills to be a doctor.

People think that a GP job is to make money in exchange of referrals?

What about the entire meaning of being a Doctor. ? To care for people is the main purpose of being a doctor, disregarding what the person condition is.
What about kindness and compassion.

Honestly is unbelievable disrespectful to book long appointment then to be seen by a nurse and later got told by the ignorant Dr that I was there for too long and with to many concerns?!!!!
She told me:
That is too much for any Dr

No is not , only for looser such herself
Is not only money making on the back of people suffering. To be a doctor isn’t only about status. And if you can’t deal with patients maybe you should get a different job.

Stop claiming from Medicare the whole consultation, when half is done by a nurse.

Please do a favor to yourself and family members avoid this woman
