My doctor is amazing. I don't like the reception I don't like how rude they are even for simple things. I don't like how condescending they are like lady you book appointment get the stick out 🤦🏻‍♀️ I also hate that they are always running late. My doctors is amazing and the nurses that deal with my children are amazing the three Karen's at reception can eat it 🤦🏻‍♀️💀 retire this ain't the line of work for you

Been going to this centre for over 2 years now & seeing Dr Jonathon O’Loan. He’s done a lot to manage my chronic health conditions. When he’s not available, I’ve seen other doctors here & they are also fantastic. The reception staff are always as helpful as they can be within their limits.

The doctor is good but I agree with other reviews regarding the receptionists. They are the rudest receptionists ever to have been employed in a doctor's surgery. I have been a patient there for many years
because the doctor is good but the receptionists have always been very rude. The two older ladies gossiped about me in front of my daughter once when they were unaware she was with me. I don't know why the doctors don't replace them with more pleasant helpful staff.
Once you get past them Dr Oloane is really good and I have heard positive reports about Dr Young as well.

Update and edit, also waiting for call back for a media source interested in this- This medical centre after seeing this review, have now band me from using it's services. I never mentioned the GP involved. And only wrote facts from my experiences over the last 15 months. I would have raised this issue with the head doctor or owner. But the wait list has once been 62 days and recently just over 20 days. An example of further descrimination.

*It hurts to have to say this. But after close to 15 yrs attending this medical centre. I have to say zero stars and seek alternate medical centres.
Since a health diagnosis in the end of 2023, im now descriminated against. All my chronic health issues are ignored by the doctor that diagnosed them. And they have zero trust or empathy. What use to be the gold standard of medical workers. Has become an unsafe place where your health needs are ignored and you are just left feeling like you are a liar. The secretarys and nurses are fantastic. But if its compassion and help your after. Definately go somewhere else.

Doctor Matthew Young has been our Family GP for nearly three decades. His care for us all has been exceptional. The team of Staff always professional, knowledgable and caring ensuring our health is maintained to the highest standards ( I believe you won't find another Doctor as brilliant as Dr Young) as our Family has grown ( now 4 generations ) some of us now travel over 2000kms just to receive the exceptional care offered by Dr Young & his team. Please appreciate the care offered at this practice is not readily available elsewhere and at times are busy but any waiting will be rewarded with exceptional care. If only there was a 10 star rating!

First time visiting and received excellent care from Dr O’Loan. He made me feel heard and addressed all my concerns. I also want to give a shout out to Ashleigh at reception who gave me clear directions from the Inala car park to their practice. In contrast to some of the reviews here I found the support staff friendly, cheerful and patient.

Great medical centre. Friendly staff, great doctors. Very kind. Very professional medical centre. All staff: doctors, nurses, admin, etc have all a great concern for their patients.
