Dr Munir needs to be more attentive, caring and listen to his patients. If people have the answers they don't need to waste their time and go see doctors. And when you try to better understand something, he always use "i already told you" and he even says "I already told x many times" . It's sadly funny. We have tried him few times before and always the same. Waste of time. If he is not bothered, people's health should not be in his hands. I usually see doctor Vjay as he is the opposite and very patient and explain things in a very polite caring way.

Extreamly disappointed I’m in Young caring for my elderly mother iv been there twice . Over 2 months ago I got COVID bad and I still have ongoing symptoms that Will not completely go away as soon as I miss a dose or run out of the good antibiotic I’m on it all comes mes back again and I’m back in bed crook again . The 1st time I went there reception lady’s were nice at the time The Dr was very blunt rood arrogant and only checked chest very quickly not even properly. All I was after was some Doxycycline antibiotic then Because I also asked for some panadine forte because I had a throbbing head . He jumped down my throat and said NO Addicted drugs from here really up tight wow what a reaction what the heck . 2 nd time I went there is to get some more antibiotic’s. I explain How bad I am when I stop them . He was a tiny bit more friendlier for a second but I wanted to be checked out he didn’t even check me out at all I had rattled chest Limp Glans swallen and sore ect . He says to me so what do you want from me bluntly I replied antibiotics he gave me a script for 5 days that’s it .I rang back centre to complain about is this practice got Real drs in it . Bottom line is they don’t give a dam at all and told me to go elsewhere . Just because they bulk bill is a bonus but not worth it as they have no idea what there doing or how to treat people . I was offered another Dr but my hubby went to him to get stitches out from a opp he had and room was messy with dirty Siringe lying around ect . They do not care . I took it up with them they refused to see me . I asked if they were even proper Drs in there . Sad I do not recommend at all

Beyond useless can't even call to cancel an appointment beacuse there is no parking spaces available yet I'll get a lecture from the doctor about not calling

Appointment times are close to spot-on, staff are friendly and Dr Munir is great, very kind, understanding and thorough. I recently moved to Young and was sad to leave my old medical centre behind but I am very happy already with this one.

If I could give a zero star I would. Dr Muhammad munir prescriber no. 2956011. Provider no. 5341423j
For starters has been attending to patients whilst being sick himself. Under covid 19 laws you should stay home if your are unwell or presenting with flew like symptoms.
Secondly from start to finish I found him very rude today but not just today it's all appointments I've attended to the point I refuse to see him without my support person in attendance. So appointment started off with me asking how he is today he stated not well. He asked what I was there for I stated I needed a medical assessment done for housing he stated he was busy and would try to fill it out. I explained that I missed my appointment cause I don't get text reminder he asked for me my phone number and I said to support person I'm sure I've gave it to the receptionists and he told me there was no need for yelling. My support person stated I didn't yell and for the doctor to not say to me im yelling when I wasn't so the doctorleft the room and terminated my appointment when manager came out she stated that the doctor never wants to see me again and yes I got upset and I had a go at the manager and swore at her in disgust and out of frustration not to mention it triggered my anxiety and personality disorder all cause people accuse me of something I didn't do so I am fileing a official report with the hccc. Who I've already spoken too.
