If you want a regular kind doctor who understands... this is not it! I went to get a review for my adult acne and asked for a hormone blood test and a rec to a dermatologist. The doctor giggled in my face and said it was hormonal and I am still young.
I am 26years old and had acne for 5 years, this was a really hurtful comment. He recommended some cheap acne cream that I have tried and said "try again, just be consistent this time", assuming I hadn't been consistent. I left with no step forward to heal my acne and still I had to pay the big ass bill.

Absolutely shocking from admin service to doctor skills.
Booked an appointment online with a doctor whose description on the website states can do skin checks. This doctor was then 25 minutes late for the appointment and stated she could not complete the skin check because it would take 20-30 minutes and she wasn’t aware I required a skin check. Surely if she was was on time for the appointment she could have done the skin check considering she was nearly half an hour late in the first place. Also, makes me wonder if she can in fact complete a skin check (as listed online) considering the hesitation today. I think this practice is summed up by the fact they are asking for gold coin donations for the use of their face masks when they are in fact wanting all customers to wear one.
No wonder we are absolutely slammed with bed pressures at the hospital - seems our GP clinics have absolutely no idea.

Appointment late, doctor not helpful, spoke for 20 minutes and did not tend to my concerns, charged $139.99 ($50 after rebate). Left with nothing but was told to rebook for follow up.

There is an old saying "When you are sick, go see a doctor and you will be starting feel better." Half the work done by the doctors and the other half by medication. Me and my family have been seeing doctors in Med Central for a long time. Their services are extraordinary, staffs are friendly, nice and clean environment. Also, want to mention some of the awesome doctors like Dr. Rubina, Dr. Neezam and Dr. Sajeel for their outstanding assessment and services. Wish for the best Med Central and Thank You all.

Paid $50 (after rebate) to be given a script for a medicine of which there is a nationwide shortage. When I tried to find out if there is an alternative, I was advised I would need to pay another $50 for a booking
