Dr Robinson is great, but their customer service fails them. The office uses off site support to handle the calls so you don't talk directly to anyone at the office if you have an issue with your appointment.

I recently moved into the area and was looking for a new local GP.

I called the receptionist and asked if I could book in for a travel vaccination.

The lady told me she is unsure if they do travel vaccination, so she told me she would ask the doctor and call me back.

I waited for her phone call all day and for weeks, and to date, still no phone call. I find this very unprofessional.

I definitely won’t be visiting this unreliable practice.

Brilliant process, easy to work with and results speak for themselves I was stuck on more then ten medications for a long long time leading to side effects damaging my health. Since working with med for men and my GP and psychologist we have been able to ween me off almost all my medications resulting in a better head space less rage and pain levels lower then I have had in years. Having never tried anything like this before I was very skeptical but I did do pain scale scores for two weeks morning day and night and only sore improvement well past expectations.
