I was extremely disappointed with the receptionist's attitude today. Rather than offering a welcoming and helpful demeanor, she seemed to have an air of superiority while sitting behind the counter. I understand the challenges that come with working in a busy environment, but there is no excuse for poor customer service—especially in the public health sector. I wasn't even there for myself but was accompanying my mother, who is undergoing heart treatment. The lack of empathy and basic professionalism from staff like her only adds to the stress of an already difficult situation. The public sector should be about helping people, not acting like you're 'above' them. A complete disregard for kindness and proper communication."

Very rude receptionist from NZ. I also saw a similar review about a rude receptionist, and I bet it's the same lady because she’s the only one who speaks like that. Her attitude over the phone was just as bad – rude and dismissive. As a healthcare worker, she should be more empathetic and respectful – patients come here seeking care, not to be treated with such disregard. Truly disappointing.

The doctors and other staff were great and very helpful, but the receptionist's attitude was appalling.

Great place with great Doctors. They listen they care and they are genuine. Great reception staff when you walk in. Friendly with a smile . Good bunch of Doctors and other services. Good to see a GP who knows things and how to treat you. Keep up the good work guys.

I am extremely thankful to have such a wonderful
and stupendous medical centre close to my area. I have been living in Meadowbrook for the past 7 years and only this medical centre stood out. The employees here are friendly, helpful, kind and passionate in every way.

The receptionist Esther is very incredibly helpful and makes it easy for patients to book appointments throughout the phone and My current doctor Paul Summers is very understanding in terms of health and financial stability which is why I am thankful for these staff. Keep up the great work and once again, thank you I'm thankful to have a amazing medical centre close by.

Best medical centre , best staff every one goes out their way to help patients with bookings or anything, over the phone or in person ,reception staff is wonderful , and the centre is known for having number of very good doctors , I have a chronic and terminal illness, and have no doubt in my mind that Paul the doctor that takes care of me is the reason for my survival, I am so grateful ! the centre has all the new building facilities onboard , Diavetes centre on same building and laboratories. I cannot recommend this medical centre enough , is the best .

Have been going here for over 15 years and am not happy with Dr David, he is extremely rude, condescending arrogant and does not display and characteristics befitting a doctor. He does not have ANY bed side manner, compassion and has little interest in what you have to say. While I won't hold this against the clinic I surely will not being seeing Dr David fang again and would NOT ever recommend him to anyone.

It is a lovely friendly medical centre. All staff are very welcoming on your arrival and departure. It has very thing there doctors, podiatrist, pathology all in one building. All the doctors we have dealt with have been very Accurate on their Diagnosis and caring about their patients.

I’ve been going to this doctors office ever since I was a baby, even before it moved. The problem are the doctors, one of the doctors didn’t even know how to read my mums X-ray and admitted that to my mother before sending her out after being no help at all and she got charged $50 for basically nothing. The female doctor has had no respect towards me each time I’ve had an appointment with her even tried to push me to getting me on the bar a few times even after I’ve told her I was no interested in getting the bar. I went in for heart problems and did a blood test and she was the one telling me the results and told me everything looked fine let me ask 2 questions before she sent me out. The appointment I had with her was 10mins but the appointment lasted at least 5 mins before she started to push the appointment along and sent me out. I just believe that the doctors at this medical centre are the problem it’s getting to the point where I push aside going to the doctors at all because I know they aren’t going to be any else because they do not know what they are doing.
