Dr Cameron Mcleod has been my GP for over 32 Years, He looked after me during every child I had. He also looked after me every single time I had any sort of medical Issue I had. I have been through some very difficult life changing circumstances and he has helped me navigate my way through these things. He is understanding sympathetic to your needs and goes out of his way to help me. Yes he is busy and I understand this but always finds the time to help you out if you need anything at all! I appreciate his hard work and dedication he gives to me and his patients!

I was extremely overcharged for my services. Do NOT come here if you don’t have medical insurance. Filled out all the required paperwork for my drivers medical. They accidentally gave me extra copies to fill out and then they claimed I didn’t fill out paperwork fast enough and charged me an extra 100 dollars for the doctor’s time! The front desk said to pay the fee or she would dispose of the medical check. Horrible experience.

Fantastic service the staff at the are very friendly and always helpful. The doctors are very friendly and professional. There is a QML blood test place in the back to get your blood test without leaving.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this clinic. It started with the receptionist, who, instead of politely confirming my SMS code, rudely demanded, "Give me your cell phone and I'll check it myself." The nurse who was supposed to take my blood left early for lunch without informing me about the next steps, such as going for an X-ray to expedite the process. Upon her return, she called another patient who arrived after me. When I mentioned that I had arrived earlier, she became irritated and asked the other patient if she could wait so I could be attended "first", showing visible signs of nervousness.

In contrast, the nurse who did my initial triage, including taking pictures and measuring my blood pressure, was very polite and friendly—the opposite of the one who took my blood. Additionally, the doctor was very attentive and treated me with the care and respect that a patient deserves. However, due to the overall negative experience, I hope to never return to this clinic again.

Every time I enter the hospital, I get nervous, especially when I have to use English. I forgot her name, but I think it starts with a J. She and her senior nurse really made my day, to be honest. If I'm an angel, then you're a goddess for saving my life. (Lol) I was thankful, but I didn't leave a greeting when I had to leave the room. (My purpose was to get a visa)

As a long term patient of this place, I am slowly losing faith in this clinic.
There is a high turn over of Dr's, with no care to patients - no email or correspondence to say a Dr has left the clinic.
My husband has lost 2 Dr's from this clinic and now the Dr who got me through my last pregnancy and became my childs GP has left.
The only decent Dr is Dr Bilbe. I dont rate Dr Meehan at all, very rude and judgemental, does not listen or care for your concerns. Since Shelly left Reception, the Reception desk is just a joke.
You are basically a number in that place and it very much feels that way too.
Once Dr Bilbe retires, who we have seen for 40+ yrs, I will find somewhere else. Used to think this clinic was pretty good, not anymore.

I have been attending this medical centre for some time now and can not fault the service. The staff are extremely professional, caring, kind and knowledgeable. I am always lucky enough to see my regular GP Dr. Holzhauser, who is not only a wonderful women's health GP but is also amazing with young children. Today however my toddler had an accident and the practice went above and beyond to see him first up between appointments. We were reviewed by Dr McLeod, and again the service was outstanding. Highly recommend this practice to all.
