Taylor is very professional, knows his market and most importantly, removes all stress in house selling.

I had a home which had to be sold quickly. I also had tenants, so I wanted this process to have as little impact on my tenants as possible.

Taylor was very accommodating in organizing dates around the tenants needs and understood that I only wished to have a single open home to not drag this out.

We received an offer which I accepted and Taylor kept both myself and the tenants up to date. He dealt with any issues that would arise during the contract phase.

This man is very professional and most importantly, I found him very ethical and never got the 'snake oil salesman' vibe. He is upfront and honest and should I sell another house I would be more then happy to deal with him again.
