I went to Maxvale for hip pain and unfortunately my experience with physiotherapist Tania was very negative. Initially, I had hip issues that wasn’t painful. However, at my third session with Tania I got severe back pain that impacted my movement and sleep. During the session She didn’t seem to listen to my concerns about my hip and communication was very poor. I felt rushed during my appointment and received an incorrect treatment at a wrong place( back and spine ) that caused me to get a severe back pain and I’m suffering from that pain. I feel my condition was mismanaged and I would strongly advise others to reconsider seeing her.

Karyn is absolutely wonderful! I was feeling a 8/10 pain before seeing her. I walked out of the first appointment with my pain level 5/10 and she gave me the confidence to work on my core through different exercises. Have seen different physios before but Karyn has been the best out of them all. Professional, knowledgeable and to the point!

I’ve been suffering with chronic back and sciatica pain for more than 4 years. I started a weekly 3 day program at Maxvalle 10 months ago and my pain has massively improved. I am no longer on painkillers which I was using regularly for years. I would highly recommend and encourage people to never give up, be highly motivated as you can live pain free again (I am nearly there!). I’d like to thank Dr Max and his team in supporting me through this time, they are fantastic and highly skilled.

After fracturing my plateau tibia 13 weeks ago, I have been a regular at Maxwell Physiotherapy.

Spending 11 weeks of non weight bearing I was finally given the green light by my surgeon to bare weight as tolerated.

Although this was great news it also presented a fair measure of uncertainty as putting minimal weight on my leg seemed a scary proposition given my previous trauma.

Maxvale scheduled me in for Hydrotherapy sessions, with their own physiotherapists guiding me through walking and bending excercises in their full size heated pool.

Amazing, is the feeling during and after each session, of Hydrotherapy.
I still have a long way to go but my confidence and drive into making a full recovery has never been stronger.

I never went to Physiotherapist instead chiropractors but needed to go for some dry needling for my plantar fasciitis. All I can say is best decision not only did Karyn treat and fix it in a very short time. She has helped me with all my other issues as well.
I would highly recommend going as they treat so many problems. Thank you Karyn for all the help you have given me and a new quality of life.

I have multiple problem areas. I see Karyn, but have seen other therapists at Maxvale Physiotherapist, all with the same goal of getting you back on your feet. I have had great success with Karyn, including dry needling. I couldn’t recommend Maxvale Physiotherapists more highly!

Following my knee problem I happened to come to Maxwell physiotherapy, Endeavour Hills. After a few physiotherapy sessions, I am using their hydrotherapy sessions regularly. Not only my knee problem resolved rather my chronic back pain has also subsided to a greater extent. They have a great team. All their physiotherapists (especially Karyn and Sam) are extremely helpful, highly trained and knowledgeable. They really take a great care of their patients. Their Hydrotherapy facilities are top class. I can recommend Maxwell Physiotherapy to any one.
