Constantly get payments cut off. Once was because they forgot to call me for my appointment. Another was because I updated my address details, and they were concerned because I had not updated my details (yes you read that right. The only reason they knew my details changed is because I updated them). Call several times to find out why and never hear back. Either receptionist doesn't know what a memo is, or the staff are massively overworked. Why not both?
I had specific inquiries about further training and courses relating to my field. No answers. Zero help in finding a job.

Sadistic staff talk down to me as if I'm rubbish. Agencies like these do almost nothing towards getting their clients jobs. But as for their own jobs - they make good money with their know how of playing the Centrelink funding system. Morally reprehensible & lacking in conscience... I give them no stars at all, bu this message won't post without a star.

probably the worst employment agency in the whole of Australia, every time i call the phone rings out, every appointment i have i need to wait 20 minutes after the appointment to start the damn thing. been with these guys for 3 yrs now. they do not help , they put in minimal effort to keep there jobs and after all the repeated appointments that are literally the same every time i go. as if i dunno how to make a resume or cover letter. they group you up with others cos they dont want to help people individually. i have more luck getting a job on my own than to waste my time going into there office to be told the same thing repeatedly. completely degrading experience, with no payoff.

ok so 1st issue
Rob of the townsville branch called me a bad father because i wouldn't put my daughter in child care for an hour to go see him everyweek
2nd issue when i requested to change consaultant from rob as he made me uncomfortable was told to suck it up
3rd issue when i did put a complaint in nothing was done till I contacted ombudsman
4th issue now i apparently have to go in 3times a week to sit on computers iv only been there 4 months
5 issue been there 4 months only spoken to someone 3 times hmmmm

Max Employment Townsville can help out by paying rego but then can't help out with paying for tyres which are cheaper than rego. They say they help you to find a job etc but then when it's time to help they don't. I would give no stars but can't as i need to give a star to post. Your business manager sucks. But i bet if i dressed up in a mini skirt and skimpy clothing i bet he would help then

During COVID got letters for appt by phone...they never called never returned calls but would put your payment on hold....ha

It's better than Townsville Taxi's. Atleast at Max Employment you get treated with respect and they never forget you.
