Have rung Max employment 1800 number three times today. On the phone for over an hour each time. Had to hang up again this time. I need some information for a Fair Work Commission case which is important, and no one will answer. Just put on hold. Not good.

very unprofessional. agent lied about- experience, ability to assist, programmes on offer... all she wanted was me to do was sign up for the course (which they get paid for by govt) I said no as I wasn't eligible or required too anyway. threatened to call centrelink and cut me off. Lodged with centrelink that I hadn't attended. once I proved I had with DEET they demanded a manager call me to clarify etc. She called me and pretended to be manager. I went in there and spoke direct to manager who didn't know. IF you are retrenched, avoid them. there are 3 other agencies in the same street.

no one answered the telephone the three times I called during the day Monday 12th October 2020 Put on hold the first call for 45 minutes on hold for the second call 1 hour and 35 minutes and I have been on hold for 30 minutes this call and estemated call time is 2-3 minutes I have heard this so many times. So will someone answer the phone or have they any humans working there

Awful awful place, I was put with Michelle and it was like talking to a plastic doll, i honestly feel so depressed after going In there, she made me feel like I had to do what they say or else, the customer service is not too bad but the concept of having two hours for a job provider appointment
