They seem to push you through as per government rules and push you to do activities and this and that which your not interested in. If you are with Max ask to get kaylene as your consultant she listens and will 100% help u out thankyou for not being a robot

I decided to add some text for my review.
I have had 8 payment breaches removed from my profile within the last few weeks or so. All of which should never have been there in the first place.
I had to call Max this morning to query about another suspension on my profile. The guy i spoke to on the phone removed it immediately and was confused as to why it was put there in the first place.

Previously to this i have also had my payment put on hold due to Max Employment failing to call me for phone appointments, and for the times when they did finally call it was always hours later after the appointment time which Max employment had arranged themselves.

I would definitely NOT recommend Max Employment to anyone.

Better do something with the gladstone branch absolute jokers. Don't give a stiff about you only there for there benefit, repeatedly have to remind them an keep getting dermits because they keep making appointments 4 times a week?

This crew have got to be the worst employment agency ive ever been with. They dont listen. And all they care about is there browny points , not actually helping anyone.. actually ill rephrase that.!!! Theve done nothing to help me except get under my skin. And alot of others from what i here. I tried to go with a different provider filled out all nessesary paperwork. And told i was unsuccessful. Without even showing me proof of being rejected. . In yas im goin over ya heads. yas need to start listening to ya clients and stop treating mature age people like little kids!!!!!!

Not impressed with this dysfunctional place. Went there last Friday 14.5.2021 morning hoping to get assistance with employment, training, anything to keep my mind and body active. Stood out side from 8.20 - till 9.00 ish people inside doors locked, no notices on the doors regarding why the this business was closed!! Won't be seeing me again.
