I’ve seen Dr tun for a while now and she is such a fantastic doctor. The care and compassion she had when my husband was diagnosed and then sadly passed away with cancer was incredible. Yes you make an appointment to see her and do you get in on time sometimes yes sometimes no but I’d rather wait an hour or so knowing that I’m in the best hands and getting fantastic care. Dr Tun listens to all your concerns and I’ve never felt rush out the door. Dr tun is a warm and kind hearted person.

Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would, I brought both my kids in yesterday to see dr tun just for a doctor referral and she was very rude to my 5 year old son, she belittled him because of his speech impediment, rewarding his sister for speaking properly but refused to give him one as he couldn’t pronounce the same work, when he ran under the chairs crying she just laughed at him, it was absolutely horrible to watch I even asked her not to be so mean but she didn’t care.
I have been coming to these doctors ever since they opened and never have had a problem until now, I will definitely not be seeing her ever again!

While some doctors are kind and professional, others seem rushed and unwilling to take the time to explain important details, which leaves patients feeling unheard. On one occasion, I felt uncomfortable when the receptionist indirectly referenced my review on Google, as if questioning why I returned. The overall system and communication appear disorganized and inefficient, making it frustrating to navigate. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the experience for everyone."

I'm generally a patient person when it comes to customer services. However, their appointments are hardly ever on time when I've booked. Had to wait just over an hour past my booked time. Not everyone has the luxury of sitting around wasting time, waiting for an appointment they've pre-selected for a reason. The least that could have been done is let me know periodically that the doctor is delayed, which wasn't. Please sort out your scheduling issues for the sack of your clientele.

If I could give any lesser stars I would have..time is so important specially with kids when u have to take them swimming dancing or any activities afta school.i was given a time of 4pm when I had to get out of there coz they made me wait 45 mins and even than it wasn't my turn. I asked them twice how long they said 5 mins or soon. I told them if u had more patients y give me a time y can't it simply b walk ins...I had to leave it behind bec had to rush to my child's swimming..not happy at all

I saw Dr Regi and she wasn't helpful the 2 times I saw her. She doesnt really care about your health and she was very dismissive when i would tell her about my symptoms .I booked a long consultation because i had alot of different things going on at the time she rushed me out after a couple minute . For an iron infusion she charged $200 excluding the medication bought from chemist. IT was FREE At my current Doctors. I only paid for the medication from chemist. Also she was very very rude. I left my consultations upset.

NEVER COME HERE. The female doctor I saw was rude and in a rush to get me out when I had booked a long appointment. I was in there for a total of 12mins and she basically pushed me out the door. They sent me to a specialist who charged $200 for a iron infusion. I found out after the fact when I switched to a new medical practice that they do the infusions for free and I only had to pay for the medications.
