I have been with Max for a few years and still sometimes struggle to comprehend the lengths that they will go to help you. Nothing is too much trouble and this help comes with tremendous enthusiasm and most importantly a smile. No matter your circumstances they always treat you with respect. I would like to just name the people who have given me such exceptional help and service but the list would be way too long as it's not just one individual, it's the culture of the whole place. At the risk of offending any of the many individuals that have been so kind I will say that Jess who is my current "Victim" having to listen to my tales of woe on my visits is the icing on the cake. I highly recommend these people.

I am pleased to have a provider like Jess, she has been the biggest of help. Consistently updating me on upcoming jobs, keeping in contact with me through out my journey of employment. I couldn’t thank her enough. Leham has also been very helpful with my employment journey. I’m glad that such kind people are employed to help people in need. My past experiences with job centres has always been problematic.
Them being more interested in me doing their courses rather than looking for work.
Max Employment is the total opposite.
Jessica Gibson, Perry, and their co-worker's have bent over backwards to, not only find me work, but in a manner that suits me and my generation.

I have been at MAX for 6 years and I can honestly say it is the best provider in town. My case worker Chris is amazing and has supported me throughout my progress into getting back into work. The whole team at the site is amazing and feel like a breath of fresh air compared to others. Would 100% recommend them to anyone.
