Staff have always been caring and helpful even when I stuff up and forget scripts and call in a panic. Kelly is awesome at reception and handles difficult situations with calmness and honesty. Dr Herby is awesome and thorough and Dr Mazarakis is wonderful and supportive with long term illness and mental health issues. Woukd recommend

Dr Herdy is a great GP, but receptionist is the rudest woman I have ever met. I have had 3 interactions, rude each time, turned her back on me dismissing me, raising her voice to me on the phone, not letting me book appointment, told just come in on Saturday if it's for pills! I'm pallative! My mother went to the surgery to book an appointment and told she would have to call and book. Refused to make it for her. Great GP but trying to find a practice I feel welcomed at.

Drs are good but receptionist is very, very, rude! Rang her back to call her out on speaking rudely and ask her to try to think about the way she speaks to people on the phone as they may be unwell and require a caring approach. Instead of taking on polite feedback, she doubled down! Very disappointed.

We have been with Dr Herdy, his lovely Nurse, wife Monique and The staff since he opened his doors and nothing has changed, bar a few New Lovely and caring Staff members.
We think Dr Herdy has given our family the caring and time needed and has our complete trust which we had yet to find in Australia.
This is a GREAT GP Doctors Practice!!!

All the doctor's we have seen are great. One of the receptionist and a nurse kept cutting me off and talking to me like an idiot even before I had a chance to explain what was the call about. So wont be going back.

Initially gave 5 stars due to dr's thorough approach but I agree with other reviewers the receptionists behaviour is appalling. I now get terrible anxiety when having to phone there. Anyone needing help with certain issues -try Qld Health clinic (ATODS)

The Practice is available for walk-ins and appointments. If you do walk-in there's a wait as appointments take priority. If you can,make a booking and save the wait. I have found the Doctors and Nurses to be welcoming. The staff have been helpful.
