We went on a weekday at 5pm for a sports injury. There was just 1 doctor looking after many patients and it felt like there was a lot of waiting around, the general medical advice we got was lacking, and it felt like we had to ask questions in order to get any information from him.

Staff (nurses) completely unwilling to help when I followed up to kindly request a rewrite of the paperwork requested by radiologist.

Some common courtesy would have gone a long way.

Very clean and comfortable. Doctors, nurses and ward staff very attentative and caring. The menu and food was disgracefull. Very restricted choice, one main or sandwiches, poorly prepared and occasionally incomplete. Ie No butter, milk or bread when ordered. Meals are obviously prepared elsewhere, transported, reheated and delivered. Their hype about the modern central kitchen with this great chef and his menus is just that a hype. Not one menu in my 5 day stay resembled the sample shown. I pity the other facilities this kitchen services. Advice bring some food for yourself.

After using the emergency department here twice, I will continue to do so. On both occasions my child was met with immediate attention. No waiting for hours on end. The staff, including receptionist, nurses, doctors and cleaners, where all extremely friendly. Cannot rate my experience highly enough.
