I took my daughter for a blood test Yesterday. The beautiful woman working, Andrea, is probably the best experience my little girl has ever had. Pain free and super quick. Such gentle words of encouragement during the blood draw, with lots or praise too. We won’t go anywhere else from now on. Thank you so much Miss Andrea for taking beautiful care of my baby.

I‘be had blood drawn a fair bit throughout the years and today was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I told Andrea about my difficult veins and my goodness, it was such a painless and quick process. She got it on the first go and that’s not usually the case! Thank you so much, Andrea!!!

Went to mater pathology at Brookwater today for a blood test. I was super nervous but Junia was extremely kind and gentle and made sure I felt comfortable and the process of drawing the blood was quick and pain free. Would definitely recommend seeing her for a blood test.

I had a very lovely experience here today at 1pm. I didn’t catch the lovely lady’s name. I am notoriously difficult to draw blood from and this angel of a lady got it first go with no pain at all. She made sure to check in with me frequently and to kept up a conversation to distract me. Overall it was a quick and great experience.

Over an hour wait. Numbers were not put out and 3 persons pushed in. Manage this properly Mater there are other options.

Very bad service from lady her name (Julia) waited there for 20 minutes was busy with talking and told me at 12:07 I have to go for lunch at 12:20 come back after lunch so be aware if you go after 11:50 no chance she can do your blood test because she needs to be ready for lunch by 12:07 , not good if someone has already waited for 20 minutes and lady was just talking to someone. And after that been to the new pathologies called 4cyte just open at redbank plains got best service So definitely not going back to any mater again . Worst service ever.
