I had no idea that this level of care existed in Mackay. Unbelievable caring and compassionate people ,who provided me with the best care and medical treatment.

Although I was sceptical about paying a $250 fee i'm seriously not going anywhere else ever again and feel I got serious value for my money.

Everybody I met was so nice, despite dealing with quite a difficult person like myself.

I went to the MECC as I had heard very good reviews about Dr Yousef, clinical director. What a lovely doctor! He made me feel I was worth listening to and made a plan for investigations. When these came back, he went through each one to reassure me. Wonderful service also from Nel (sorry if wrong spelling). He looked after me so very well. I very much appreciated the care today.

I had a great experience following my high grade 3 torn hamstring. There was no wait time and i was looked after immediately. All the staff were incredible, along with great facilities. Highly recommended.
