Good professionals, very polite, but will make you pay every single cent they can. Same day I paid 90$ for a result phone call, I went to the counter to pay and as all my results were negative and couldn’t find the reason for my skin problem, I asked for a referral to a dermatologist so I could keep searching for the solution, they wanted me to pay another 90$.

Dr Loveridge is a fantastic doctor who is extremely thorough and professional and takes the time to explain everything to his patients. The reception staff are also really friendly and helpful and ive also had great experiences with other doctors I've seen at this clinic.

Have been attending this medical centre for the past four years. I usually see Dr Loveridge who is excellent (patient listener, kind, and thorough with his explanations and care), but if he is unavailable (and I don't want to wait) I've had great experiences with everyone else I've seen.

Reception staff are great, polite and welcoming, and often call if a doctor is running behind so I can delay my arrival. Relaxed and spacious waiting room. Even after I moved a few suburbs away I continue to come back.

This is my second time go to a GP since I came to Australia. The environment of the clinic is clean and quiet, staff here are kind and willing to help, their smiles are warm hearted. I had an appointment with Dr Olga Simeonidis, she is very patient and professional. She's very considerate of her patients. Anyway this is a very nice clinic ☺️

Very good customer care, if there is an waiting period, even if you have booked an appointment, you can easily find out when your doctor will be available; exapmple in the next 10 to 15 minutes. There is additional parking on the side of the building if the street parking is full. I have been going to mater Hill medical centre for 3 years now and I will continue to seek medical advice from MHMC.
