Called front desk and didn't get the name who I was speaking with. I tried to explain who I wanted to talk to about my blood results and she cut me off and sent me straight to pathology. They obviously cannot discuss the results and she sent me back to front desk where I was greeted by the woman again. She was very blunt and felt like she didn't care and wanted me off the phone. My whole experience dealing with this clinic hasn't been smooth. They send out the incorrect paperwork and name to who it is for. They don't do follow up phone calls as stated. And everything feels rushed. Hope someone else's experience is better than mine.

Don't bother trying to come here if you're a young woman looking to be sterilised. The doctors don't respect your choices and bodily autonomy as a fully grown, adult woman able to make her own decisions. I had the worst appointment I've ever had at this place; I went there seeking consultation about getting my tubes tied (I am a 25 year old child free woman), and I left feeling belittled and condescended. My autonomy and choices were not respected. I have had to seek treatment elsewhere.

Visited pathology not long ago waited 20 mintues in the waiting room and I was the only one waiting. When i went in the lady was incredibly slow at entering details, kept making mistakes and then told me she had pneumonia! Extremely concerning as I had a new baby! She tried but missed and went on that it has been a long time since that has happened to her 🙄 and then tried again in the other arm and had bruises lasting two weeks...
Won't be going back again!

I have never had any issues with blood being taken at the Mater Pathology here, although sometimes there is a bit of a wait. I have also had an appointment at the specialist suites which all went as expected. Slight delay but not enough to bother me. I have also been to the GP multiple times. I have always been happy with the service and highly recommend Dr Kerr, although I have seen various doctors here and most have been great. Brookwater Dental is also great.

I am a Mater student under the supervision of the lovely Jo at the Mater Brookwater Clinic over 4 days and I can without a shadow of a doubt absolutely highly recommend Jo on her unwavering dedication and commitment to the duty of care of each of her patients on a daily basis. Her abilities to provide each patient with the best care possible is shown through her well honed skills and her attention to detail. You only need to see that with each and every patient leaving with a smile after visiting her clinic. Thankyou dear Jo😃

Not my usual pathology but my regular was closed. Not happy with the pathologist Jennifer. She was sick with the flu and had bad hygiene, didn't even wash her hands prior! Also had grubby nails on that can carry many germs. Not happy at all. Bruised like all hell when I usually dont at my regular. Never coming back to you guys.

Had to leave work early to make it to the appointment, as it was the only one available. No one let us know appointments were severly delayed although I'd called in the morning to confirm my appointment, so after driving 40 minutes to the clinic i had to wait over 2 hours after my appointment time before i saw the specialist. Reception staff were gossiping loudly about hours and pay the whole time I was waiting in reception. No sense of urgency at all. Will ask to not be referred here again.

the gynecologists gaslit my partner for 2 months including not calling her on her bday for an appointment when she called multple times then cancled her off the the list she has been on for 19 months. 100% do not go here
