Massage first has an angel working for them. Jo is 11/10 across the board. Massage first (and clients) is incredibly lucky to have Jo on staff and back with them again. The only very teeny tiny let down is that Jo is SO fantastic, I haven’t had the opportunity to book with any of the other therapists, and if that’s the worst of it, then I’ll be back time and time again.
Jo’s service is incredible and so tailored. Her professionalism, threaded in with her cool calm and collected aura make you feel like you’ve known Jo for years. In my case, I didn’t know Jo was on a temporarily leave as I hadn’t returned for just over 2 years. I was delighted to see Jo at the desk, who, somehow after so long, remembered me and so many little details that I thought were mentioned in passing. Working in customer service, I know that making the service personal is important, but she does this on another level. I felt so special after leaving. I have raved on and on about massage first and particularly Jo, so it’s amazing to see that she’s back and blessing the clients of Airlie beach and myself again. I can’t rave on about her enough. Thank you Jo!!

Had a last minute massage, called that morning and they managed to fit me in at 12.30pm - to my suprise my massage was absolutely perfection with a very knowledgeable therapist who knows her stuff.

Best massage experience I’ve had so far.
My girlfriend and I chose the Love Ceremony spa package and here are some highlights:
1. The therapist applied just enough pressure that relaxed my muscles.
2. For facial cleanse, hot towels were covered every time creams/oils are applied which is extremely relaxing.
3. The bed is electrical powered which heats up if you feel cold (which we did)
4. The hand stretch is highly recommended. I did not realize how my hands were so sour.

Was a good massage and facial, relaxing and reasonably priced for the area. Easy booking process. Would've been 5 stars if the aircon wasn't so cold, if our therapists washed their hands between full body massage and facial, and the music... (we started with the Lord of the Rings soundtrack...) The foot scrub also was a bit underwhelming with luke warm water and just a quick scrub. Overall still enjoyed it but little improvements could make it a slightly better experience!

Customer service was good. The masseuse failed to listen to my request. I’ve asked to target the neck and upper back area not the lower back. The massage wasn’t really enjoyable. Felt like it lacked knowledge. Leg muscle massage was good but that didn’t address my main concern. Very strange choice of music.

Had a lovely hour remedial massage with Jose. Highly recommend. He definitely knows what he is doing. Very firm pressure, but that's what I requested so all good. He was very mindful to check I was comfortable. Thanks so much 😁

My therapist was van and I can say easily the best massage I've had. She really put time into helping relieve my painful areas. Been back following week and was incredible again for a couples massage for valentines day... my partner was super happy with his therapist also (male) not sure of name. Super professional and experienced.
