This was the worst experience I've ever had. I believe everyone comes here for medical support not to be treated poorly. The receptionist lady was extremely rude and arrogant. If you don't like your job, you can leave. Don’t make us, the taxpayers, pay to see your attitude. Shame on you.

I’ve been going here for four years. The wait times aren’t too bad. I’ve found most of the doctors are very good. I really like Dr Yen Moore, she’s very thorough and caring.

I didn't get notified my results are already in. Then all of the receptionist are not really attentive and no smile, every one of them seem to be annoyed or hate their job. The doctor I had was kinda useless too. Just grab money, fast in and out, next!

Thank goodness, I was able to walk in, saw a Dr with minimal waiting time. Got blood tests, referrals to Allied Health to plan full recovery but it was all BULK BILLING. Everyone there is light, warm and welcoming. Thanks very much for all your assistance

Have visited this place myself & with the missus & kids as well. At least over 50 times.

Staff are helpful. Dr.Jason Kiang is very knowledgeable and always polite attentive.

The vaccinations crew are good as well, making the kids feel at ease.

My normal GP is always booked out and I needed to see a gp as I had covid for 10 days and felt very uncomfortable with up respiratory tract, very sticky and coughed a lot. I booked doctor Han who was available next morning, he doesn’t do bulk billing and I paid out Medicare of over $30.

He said I shouldn’t see a doctor as I was still within 2 weeks after tested positive after telling him I tested negative 5 days ago, he commented the over the counter medicine I took may be not effective for my cough and sticky upper respiratory tract but didn’t bother to ask me for an open mouth checkup, then he said come to see a gp if the symptoms are still present after the contract of covid for 2 weeks.

Because he didn’t not check and treat my symptoms, my upper respiratory tract infection lasted to this day for nearly a month and are still suffering from it. I will see another gp for the proper checkup and treatment or medicine today. I wonder why there are doctors so unprofessional and careless for their patients and if there is a complaining procedure for the patients through Australia Medical Association.
