We went to the travel doctor here again and are so impressed with their knowledge. Very thorough on where exactly we are going and what we’ll be exposed to. Reduced price for consultation was a good surprise!! Lovely staff.

Phone call to the clinic for appointment was a bit of a wait and then the receptionists was rude and abrupt on the phone.
The appointment was stress-free and easy. Staff at reception polite and efficient.
Dr was early which was a bonus. Very knowledgeable and thorough with information. Overall good experience.

Efficient and travel-friendly clinic for useful information on communicable diseases. They are all over the worldwide risks on their database. They explain things well and are well stocked with necessary immunisations and medications.
Travel kits can be provided at a cost, equipped with medications that may not be available in third-world countries. This gives you some peace of mind when travelling to places in Asia and Africa etc.
The nurse is experienced and skilled at giving necessary immunisations, I hardly felt a thing.

I attended for a medical to permit me to scuba dive. The nurse was friendly and efficient and Dr Brett Hyam, an experienced diver, was also very friendly, thorough in his assessment and extremely knowledgeable with lots of helpful advice. At no time did I think that either he nor the nurse were in a hurry to 'process' me.
My only criticism of the practice would be the long wait time; I attended for a 10.20 appointment which began around 11.05. I appreciate that scheduling can be difficult at a medical practice, but it may be possible to schedule appointments more realistically.

Great service from a moderately large surgery. Dr Kenafake is a true legend. Thoroughly nice guy and consummate professional too. I used him for my dive medicals way back in the 90's and he's still going strong.
